Abstract (EN)

Sustainable concept has arived against the energy crisis which was starting in the 1970's and increasing influence up to the present. This concept has emerged for the purpose of consuming the minimum level of energy resources in use and ensuring the maximum benefit from the energy used. Creation of energy efficient models has been aimed with this concept. That has been working to creat building model which is sensitive to human health and environment, and provide comfort conditions with building integration of natural resources and effectively use of consumable energy resources when we consider a building completely. We see the arrival of facade at the beginning of the systems that increase or decrease the energy performance by providing energy consuming. Therefore demonstrace high performance by providing energy efficiency throught a building's life cycle use caused by the facade design. Thus, facade design aimed at ensuring maximum indoor user comfort and minimizing the use of consumable energy resources has gained importance in summer and winter period. The multi – layer shell facade design is a system developed to respond theese neeeds. The design of sustainable architectural design with integrated multi – layer shell facade system should be examined, depending on many parameters. This study will be analyzed through examples that influance the pattern of multi – layer shell facade system.
