Abstract (EN)
In today's market conditions, increasing global competition, rapid changes in technology and shorter life cycle of product should be required to evaluate the facility layout problem as the dynamic facility layout problem (DFLP). At the same time, there are many factors that affect the facility layout. Therefore, facility layout problem should be considering many factors to make a more effective layout. In this thesis, a model which combines the dynamic aspect and the multiple criteria aspect of facility layout problem is developed. This problem is called the Multiple Criteria Dynamic Facility Layout Problem (MCDFLP). In this study, a simulated annealing heuristic is developed to solve the MCDFLP. The performance of the proposed heuristic is evaluated using the set of test problems that constitute 40 different problems. Obtained results are compared with lower bounds of the test problems which calculated with the method of Gilmore-Lawler bound. Also, an experimental design is applied to be clarifying the model very well. Results obtained show that the proposed simulated annealing heuristic is effective for the MCDFLP.Key Words : Facility Layout, Simulated Annealing, Multi Criteria, Dynamic, Experimental Design
