Revenue optimization with dynamic pricing in multiproduct seasonal apparel retailing

Abstract (EN)

In that study it is aimed to establish demand forecast model and revenue optimization model via dynamic pricing for the firms that operate in ready made clothing sector. It is also aimed that determine optimal inventory level for the maximum revenue. Related with that perspective, demand forecast model is established by using sales datas and method of logistics regression analysis. Revenue optimization model outcomes are analysed according to different cases that are demand ratios from demand forecast model, sales price, sales volume and with respect to three level sales season inventory costs. Meanwhile, optimum inventory levels are described for the different products according to four situation scenarios. This study contributes considerable information for resources options and inventory levels that provides revenue maximization in the limited time free period of demand level for the retailers that operating seasonal sales.
