Abstract (EN)
The seamless analysis of high-resolution microscopic images over wide areas necessitates the integrated design of optical, mechanical, and software components as a unified system. In this context, the developed digital microscope infrastructure is equipped with a mechanical structure capable of multi-axis movement and incorporates key parameters such as imaging area optimization, overlap ratio computation, and coordinate system calibration within the imaging process. Through automated acquisition algorithms, the system performs image capture with high precision and in a systematic manner. During the image processing stage, feature extraction algorithms such as SIFT, ORB, and AKAZE are employed to identify similarities within overlapping regions, followed by geometric alignment achieved via homography modeling. Subsequently, advanced fusion techniques such as multiband blending are utilized to generate high-quality, visually continuous composite images. The system enables microscopic-level details to be visualized from a broader perspective, thereby facilitating the generation of more reliable and comparable data for both diagnostic and structural analyses. This approach is specifically designed to meet the large-scale, high-accuracy data requirements in biomedical imaging, materials characterization, and microstructural analysis.
