Abstract (EN)

Investment and commercial operations of enterprises in foreign countries heads backs to old times. With the intense affect of globalisation, mergers and equisitions have increased since the first half of the 20th century, and direct, indirect foreign investments have gained high importance.In the recent years co-operations inbetween multinational enterprises takes place more often. Attraction of the developing and non-developed countries markets has been affective on the multinational enterprises preferences to work in these countries. The search for new markets, procurement of raw materials, transfer of new technologies, production and employment generates the interaction between the multinational enterprises and local companies. Because of reasons like the above provided, mutual benefits are provided for the multi national enterprises, for the country taking the investment and the local companies.The affective financial and cash management policies that the multinational enterprises have applied have provided them with huge advantages and opportunities in the fields of enlargement, mergers and equisitions, competitive advantage.Keywords: 1) Globalisation, 2) Mergers, 3) Multinational Enterprises,4) Financial Management, 5) Cash Management
