Abstract (EN)
Annual Industry and Service Statistics is one of the largest surveys that aimed to determine changes in economic structure in Turkey conducted by Turkish Statistical Institute. Full enumeration and sampling methods are used together for this survey. Recently there are some studies about using administrative sources for this survey but may not satisfy the information needed. So, it is believed that sampling may decrease the size of the survey. In this thesis, we suggest a sampling scheme for the full enumeration part of Annual Industry and Service Statistics, and comparing the suggested methods. Stratified sampling uses the first step. Poisson sampling, systematic and simple random sampling are used in strata. The estimations obtained from using with sampling methods are very close to real values. The closest estimations and smallest variances are calculated by poisson and simple random sampling methods using together. Also, estimations are given more detailed based on geographical regions.
