The current study was aimed to estimate the effect of NAPROSYN on the parameters of renal function and liver function after the surgical procedure. This study included a total of (60) patients undergo surgical procedure. The patients' ages ranged from 20 to 30. Between January to April 2022, these patients were admitted to Al-Jumhuri Hospital in Kirkuk, Iraq (2022). In addition, 50 healthy people were included as a control group in this investigation. Group 2: includes people after the surgery and examination of biochemical variables. Group 3: includes people after the surgical procedure and examination of biochemical variables after giving prodrugs. The results of the current study demonstrated significant increase in renal function parameters (Urea and creatinine) between studied groups. While, the results demonstrated non-significant differences in uric acid levels between studied groups. The results also demonstrated non-significant differences in liver function enzymes (ALT, AST and ALP) between studied groups.
