Abstract (EN)
This study is conducted to elucidate the effect of different factors on the customer's perceived value and how that affects the purchase intentions of online used products. The conceptual model's predicted correlations between the associated variables were put to the test via an online survey. In total, 514 valid responses were gathered. The proposed model's psychometric properties were evaluated, and linear regression techniques were used to examine the hypotheses. The results show that all the factors, including economic, psychological, and social factors, have a positive effect on the perceived value, except the risk value, which has a negative influence on the perceived value. Moreover, it is proven that the perceived value has an influence on the purchase intentions of the buyers of second-hand products.
