Abstract (EN)
In this study, the shifting effect were investigated and its relations with changing of the ferromagnetic layer thickness, an applied external magnetic field and ambient temperature were observed. Also for this purpose, structural properties of NiFe / CoO / Al2O3 thin films were tested by FMR and VSM techniques with changing thickness and layer changing of orders of layer. Also the anisotropy energies and magnetisation axes were searched with FMR technique. NiFe/ CoO/ Al2O3 mangnetic thin films Hysterisis curves were measured by VSM techniques and results were discussed. Coersivity Hc,exchange bias and blocking temperatures of hysterisis loops were determined. It was observed that exchange bias is inversely proportional with temperature. In addition to this, for each sample taken at different thicknesses NiFe (Py) and CoO magnetization measurements were many times repeated. Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that as a result of the temperature and thicnesses effect on the coersivity was understood.
