Abstract (EN)

In this study, the genotypic differences of oleander plant (Nerium oleander L.) effects on morphological, physiological and anatomical characteristics, phenotypic differences caused by location and rooting performance of oleander genotypes obtained from these locations were investigated. The rooting performances of the cuttings taken from different genotypes (Alata, Çamlıyayla, Feke, Yenice and Yumurtalık) were evaluated with morphological and physiological parameters. At the end of the experiment, the Alata genotype was superior to other genotypes in morphological observations, morphological measurements and rooting performance. As a result of the study, it was determined that there are differences in rooting performance with morphological and physiological parameters caused by location in the oleander plant.
