Abstract (EN)

Turkish Architecture in Republic Period is handled, where development of architecture related to the economical, social, political and cultural conditions of Turkey, are examined in details. 19th Century Ottoman Architecture with a 50 years period of Turkish Arhitecture beginning with 1900' s has been searched in sequence; First National Architecture Trend, Rational-Functional and Cubist Trends finally Second Rational Architecture Trend are all investigated. Looking through the perspective of Turkish Republic Period Trends, the architecture in Adana City during these periods are established according to the architectural properties of above mentioned Trends.Key Words: Republic Period Turkish Architecture of Adana, Turkish Architecture Trends
