Abstract (EN)
Nowadays permanent magnet synchronous motors are increasingly used in a wide applications fields. This is mainly due to its superior power density, high torque to inertia ratio and efficiency. So everyday, it finds more application areas to itself. The developing in technology in recent years has accelerated the studies on permanent magnet synchronous motors, especially the studies are focused on Field Oriented Control (FOC) and Direct Torque Control (DTC) methods. The main subjects of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PSMS) control are; Space vector theory, voltage source inverter model and space vector modulation, the formation of voltage vector selection table and the selection of voltage vectors, the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, as shown it has so many modern basic subjects. In this thesis; The Field Oriented Control (FOC) in permanent magnet synchronous motor is presented by help of simulations of matlab to find as fast as possible and the right sinusoidal current or voltage response. In this study; first the modelling of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), afterwards, its FOC had been examined deeply. Consequently, for all sections the simulink model of PMSM has been formed, and simulation has been done with FOC. To reduce the harmonics by the help of passive filters the solutions were searched. Additionally, a FOC of PMSM speed control system simulation with Matlab Simulink has been realised.
