Analysing the new modificied primary education in the teachers point views

The study is a descript¹ve one tending to determine the teachers' point ofviews over "the new primary schooling programme", carried out in Turkey. It was madein Tatvan, a county of Bitlis. About 400 participants were chosen as the sample group ofthe study. "A survey over the teachers' point of views" was carried out in an effort todetermine the teachers' sights. 400 copies of the survey were distributed but only 300copies were evaluated. In analyzing the data; the Cluster Analysis, arithmetic mean,frequency and percentage rates were measured.In the study, based on the "direction of the modification", determining thepositive or negative reactions of teachers for "the new primary schooling programme"over the new changes seen in the education is of great importance in terms of thesuccessfully application of the programme. Determining the teachers' point of views,which are both the primary element of "direction of the modification" and its operator,is of importance. With the study, by taking into account the teachers' positive ornegative point of views over "the direction of the modification" an opportunity wasprovided to reevaluate "the new primary schooling programme".According to the data, as a result; the teachers expressed positive point ofviews over the changes seen in the educations through "the new primary schoolingprogramme".Keywords: Skill, Modification, Education, Structuralism, Direction
