Abstract (EN)
A key factor in ensuring sustainable occupational health and safety culture is an established occupational health and safety culture. Occupational health and safety culture is the whole set of behaviors feeling all over the organization in terms of approach, perception, behavior, commitment. Proactive, that is to say, "the accident without seeing the missing and healing" approach. In order to establish a proactive environment approach, the concept should be supported by national / internationally accepted practices and specific methods. The iron and steel sector is in the category of "dangerous work" in the Communique on Workplace Hazard Classes for Occupational Health and Safety and is a very risky group due to the intense working conditions. For this reason, H&S studies are becoming more important. In this study; Especially to change insecure behaviors is to constantly check up to observation and feedback and change of behaviors after training and afterwards in connection with reinforcing safe behaviors. It is the last point where employees are warning each other about insecure approaches and work, that safety behavior is not a "natural drive", but that every employee wakes up each other. Various materials can be used at this stage. For example; trying to make determinations about unsafe behaviors and / or situations with (more) eyes at a certain point in the organization. In this way, many employees wearing OHS glasses are provided and serious improvements can be made. Another case study is the study of the reports of the insufficiently cheap unsafe conditions and behaviors which are termed "near miss". According to the accident results and statistical results in the iron and steel sector; It has been determined that accidents are mainly caused by malpractice and unsuitable methods. Therefore, internationally accepted systematics can be systematically determined and followed up by adaptation to the culture of the sector, systematically determined and followed to obtain safety cultures within 5-10 years and thus 70-80% It has been shown that a proactive and sustainable OHS approach can achieve the "0" accident target. The basic premise of the prepared thesis is vocational knowledge and field experiences.
