Abstract (EN)

In this study, the improvement process of positive psychology, the effects of demographic variables on organizational psychological capital components are inspected. Demographic differences were used as the basis for explaining the factors affecting the sub components of organizational psychological capital. Psychological capital concept, which is also explained as positive psychological development of the person, has the potential to be a strategic element for the leaders to have competitive advantage in terms of being human and affecting human behaviors. In the research, 24 element of Psychological Organizational Capital Scale was applied to 270 employees working in the textile and agile consumption sectors based in Çukurova region and as a result of missing data analysis, the data of 239 occupations were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistics 20.00. Data analysis was performed on the total marks gathered from the scales. It can be concluded that, a significant positive correlation was found between all dimensions of organizational psychological capital variable. Moreover, when the distribution of psychological capital level according to descriptive points are explained as; age, gender, seniority, marital status, and having a child situation did not essentially getting different.
