Investigation of the concrate structures earthquake performance with experimental parametric data

In this thesis study; The performance analysis of an existing building, which was completed in 2002 according to the "Regulation on Buildings to be Performed in the Disaster Areas of 1998" was made according to the "Regulation On The Buildings To Be Performed In The Earthquake Regions" published in the Official Gazette on 06 March 2007. The determinations at the building were made in accordance with the principles stipulated in the regulation for medium level of knowledge; analysis is done according to determining building performance in earthquake by linear elastic calculations methods. In the first stage of the elastic modulus TS500-2000 section 3.3.3.1. static analysis was carried out by combining the static calculations with the standard formula defined in this study and combined with all other soundings, cores, basic inspection pits, reinforcement strips and reinforcement data. In the second part of the study, the elasticity modulus of the core samples taken for the 2nd time was subjected to real-time measurements with experimental strain-gauge connections parametrically. Based on the new elasticity module found using the secant module method, static analysis was performed again static calculations were analyzed with the Sta4-CAD program. At the end of this study, it was observed that the construction was approximately 30% depreciated in the modulus of elasticity found experimentally with the empirical formula found in TS500-2000, and that this loss accounted for about 8% of the building horizontal load capacity.
