Abstract (EN)
Pollution of the marine environment waste is a major problem today. Turkey have not any programme for waste in the see. Authorities are filled the form manuelly and they are called on the phone for the submitting the wastes. This form is included the wastes (Metals, Paper, Glass, Tyres, Plastic, Textiles.). Programme is created with software system, this programme is determined type of waste and registered the database the wastes. The various kinds of existing waste are included in detail in the context of thesis. Area is defined by taking based on the bridges and seas that is used for transportation. This Enhanced program is planned to be integrated to ships. Thanks to this structure, controlls of solid and liquids waste in the ships or around the ships Will be provided with Software. With the creation of such A kind of this structure, more faster and more effective process Will be provided with the help of information system by removing the need of filling manuel forms.
