Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is exhibiting situation of Yersinia ruckeri which causes economical losses in this area.For this research, 152 unit of samples are taken from 76 fishfarm in Denizli, Acıpayam, Çal, Çameli and Çivril.Fieldwork was done during the period of June 2008 and May 2009. Samples are collected in different five seasons which are june, july, november, february and may.Results of laboratory studies shows us samples that collected from16 fishfarms in June 2008 and July 2008 have no evidence of any kind of disease. Samples that were collected from 14 fishfarms in November 2008, Yersinia ruckeri is detected from 5 fishfarms. Samples that were collected from 35 fishfarms in February 2009, Yersinia ruckeri is detected at 3 fishfarms. Samples that were collected from 11 fishfarms in May 2009, Yersinia ruckeri is detected at 5 fishfarms.
