Abstract (EN)
Warehouse rack systems, also known as heavy load and pallet racking; consists of thin-walled sections formed in the cold. The global economic conditions in the century we live in are rapidly increasing the demand for these systems. Earthquake, another global factor, has made performance analysis an important issue. The seismicity of these systems, which have become steel constructive structures in terms of their rapid production, high-rise construction and the weight of the loads they carry, is important. are the profile types used on the feet. In these systems, which are designed with limited ductility, stability is provided by steel frames with central braces. Earthquake ground movements; In cases where the storage shelves are not designed properly, it can cause them to collapse or topple. The general approach is that such systems can show ductile behavior during earthquakes and that the system has the rigidity to remain standing without collapsing by displacement within the boundaries. In this study; The effects of static loads and earthquake effects on profile capacities have been investigated. In this context, an example module application will be designed and it will be assumed to be installed in regions with different seismicity. With the internal forces and design approaches obtained, the strength capacities of different profile sections will be investigated and examined according to the regulations of domestic and foreign countries that have advanced studies on this subject. Then the model was imported into the sap2000 environment; Analysis was carried out using the finite element method. TBDY 2018, ÇYHY 2016, FEMA 440, FEMA 365, AISI 100 regulations and specifications were used in both the analysis and the analysis of the results. Although the horizontal displacement is met by the central braced tensions, it has been observed that the cross-sections and form shapes increase in the foot profile designs.
