Abstract (EN)

In this study, amount of 7 pesticides active substance (Boscalid, Azoxystrobin, Chlorantraniliprole Malathion, Pyrimethanil, Tebuconazole, Acetamiprid) residue changes were determined after storing detox water under room temperature and refrigerator conditions. Cucumber, apple, lemon, mint and parsley were used in the preparation of detox waters. Vegetables and fruits were taken randomly from the market in Balıkesir province. Samples were stored at room temperature (23°C ± 5°C) and refrigerator temperature (5°C ± 3°C) for 24, 48, and 72 hours. In pesticide analysis, QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, Safe) extraction method was applied and pesticide amounts were determined using GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS devices. The analysis methods applied for all pesticides used in the study were found to be appropriate in terms of performance criteria such as limit of determination (LOQ), limit of detection (LOD) and recovery. The results show that the amount of pesticide reduction is greater in samples stored at room temperature. After storage at room temperature, the highest reduction was determined in the active ingredient Chlorantraniliprole, at a rate of 80% at the end of 48 and 72 hours. The highest decrease in refrigerator temperature after storage was determined in the active ingredient Chlorantraniliprole. The least reduction rates in samples stored at room temperature and refrigerator temperature were determined for the active ingredients Tebuconazole and Bcalid, respectively.
