Prof. Dr. Özgür AY The study "Organ Names in Derleme Sözlüğü Database" includes the determination and classification of organ names and, accordingly, the words related to organ names. The Derleme Dictionary, which is the bedside book of Turkish language dialect research, was also used as a primary source. This work, in which the rich culture of the Anatolian region was put on paper, was not only a source of inspiration for linguists, but also established a cultural link between the past and the present, the present and the future. Although they are not very common in written language, the concepts that preserve their vitality in spoken language have survived to the present day thanks to this dictionary. For this reason, the most important aspect of the "Derleme Sözlüğü" and similar works is that it brings together the intellectual people who are the representatives of the written language and the Anatolian people who are the representatives of the spoken language. It is important to keep in mind that every collected word bears traces of its geography and culture. Every word compiled from a region actually takes us to the daily life there, even after many years. It is necessary to act with this awareness when analyzing words. There are many words such as color names, tool-item names, plant names, animal names, tradition and custom names that live in the people. The scope of the study is limited to organ names. Based on the database of the Derleme Sözlüğü, organ names were identified and the identified concepts were classified according to the subject headings. During the classification, the words were sorted in alphabetical order. In the conclusion part, the evaluation of the data obtained is given.
