Today companies have to overcome to the problems caused by rapid changes, have to gain a competetive advantage, have to manage workforce resource better and have to use existing resources more efficiently and effectively. Workers, wish to participate actively and express their ideas about all decisions which are interested themselves. From this point, as the other dimension of participation in management, administration of participation in management is being highlighted by explanation of the meaning of participation in management for workers and administrators and the differences in the meaning and importance of participation in management in today?s changing conditions.As a result of literature scanning; theoric information is being given and in the application part, it is being tried to detect the attitudes of managers about forwarding workers to participation to management. For this purpose, Uşak industry businesses had been taken in the scope of this research.
