ABSTRACTAssociations it is a group that people in the group share certain andcommon aim. They have to be established. People don?t realize aims because ofLimit of human?s force and life period.Associations have free attitude. For this reason they have rights like aperson. Associations use these rights to realize the aim.Associations have to make movements legal. But they don?t obey law,there is only punishment. There aren?t any judicial regulations not to obey thelaw for associatoins. Thus, judicial regulations have to be arranged. Out of aimshave to be solved practically. So some special law relations must be taken careof, this mistake must be put right. The imperfection must be arrangedimmediately.VI
