Abstract (EN)

Today, successful companies focus on two things: employees and customers. In a constantly changing business environment, success of the companies depends largely on the human resources strategy they follow. In this context, an effective employee performance evaluation system has a very important role in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. In this study, a decision support system was developed to evaluate employee performance. The proposed system includes the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a multi-criteria decision-making technique, and K-means algorithm, which is a clustering algorithm. A user-friendly interface has been developed to improve the practicability of the proposed decision support system. An application is presented to reveal the viability of the proposed system.
