Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the effects of the actual operating conditions of the compact hydraulic excavator on the hydraulic system and fuel consumption were investigated. In this context, hydraulic pressure, hydraulic flow, instant fuel consumption, attachment cycle time values and average fuel consumption values were determined. For the compact hydraulic excavator, hourly fuel consumption and cycle time values were analyzed. The hydraulic pressure and flow values of the piston and gear pump are presented in the study depending on the time. Separate tests were carried out for operation modes. According to the data obtained, system limit values were determined. Cycle time values of machine attachment movements were obtained and the suitability and efficiency of operation modes were determined. The effects of trench digging, straight travelling, soil levelling and standby idling on the system and fuel consumption have been demonstrated. According to all data, results are presented for efficient operation modes.
