Occupational loyalty of nurses working in state hospital and family health centers and this situation effect on quality of worklife: The case of Bayburt

This study was carried out with 174 nurses in order to determine the relationship between the professional commitment of nurses working in Bayburt State Hospital and family health centers and the quality of work life. "Nurse Introductory Information Form", "Nursing Attachment Scale" and "Nursing Work Life Quality Scale"were applied to the patients. It was determined that the mean scores of the nurses' Nursing Attachment Scale and Nursing Work Life Quality Scale and sub-dimensions were above normal. The mean values of relations with managers and job perception, which are among the sub-dimensions of Nursing Work Life Quality Scale were found to be high. A statistically significant relationship was found between nurses' Nursing Attachment Scale and its sub-dimensions, nurses maintaining their professional membership according to marital status, and belief in target values sub-dimensions. A statistically significant difference was found between the nurses' gender, marital status, work working environment and working conditions between the Nursing Work Life Quality Scale and its sub-dimensions. As a result; It was determined that there is a positive relationship between nurses' Quality Work Life and their Professional Loyalty Scale. It was concluded that by increasing the quality of work life of nurses, their commitment to the profession could also increase.
