Abstract (EN)
This study aims to analyze the electrical properties of disinfectants, which play a critical role in preventing the spread of infections in today's environment where health and hygiene standards are increasing. The primary objective is to evaluate the effects of electrolyte components present in various disinfectants on their electrical properties and to understand the role of factors such as temperature. The study employs an approach based on Ohm's Law and a microcontroller-based method to analyze the electrical properties of disinfectants. The measurement of electrical resistances in ohms is performed by the microcontroller, which measures the electric potential generated by the disinfectants acting on a sensor subjected to a constant electrical current. For temperature measurements, a Sensirion AG™ SHT30 temperature and humidity sensor is used, and a special sensor is designed and produced with Proteus™ software for resistance measurements. The obtained data is analyzed using the Arduino™ Uno R3 microcontroller platform and MATLAB™ software. The study conducted 1000 repeated resistance and temperature measurements on samples taken from six different disinfectants. Anova Test and Student's T-Test are used for data analysis, and the moving average method is preferred to minimize the impact of erroneous data. The findings obtained are a significant step in understanding the electrical properties of disinfectants, and this information can be applied in practical applications of disinfectants and the improvement of hygiene standards.
