Digital transformation in the banking sector is associated with barriers that appear to be barriers to the correct and complete implementation of digital approaches. This subject is not covered enough in the modern scientific literature. The main purpose of this research is to examine the effect of digitalization in the banking sector on human resources processes, to identify the digital technologies used in human resources management and to investigate the positive and negative effects of digitalization on the way human resources processes work. This research was carried out in the Human Resources Department of one of the banks operating in Azerbaijan.
