Abstract (EN)
Developments of Supramolecular chemistry has been open a new topic in the world and our country. Nowadays macromolecules are synthesized using different size and shape of molecules and ligants. Supramolecular chemistry; means beyond the molecules of chemistry. Supramolecules are flexible molecules with the ability to self-build. Self-assambly molecules are make possible synthesis of quite large and the complex structures. This molecules prevent the relatively undesirable by products. Self-assembly mechanism provide the synthesis of macrocyclic structures with league together of symmetric molecules. In this study, the new macrocyclic structures are intended to contribute to the synthesizing supramolecular area. The first part of the study; macrocycles have been designed using N-donor ligands and ruthenium dimer. Macrocycle synthesis was carried out under various conditions. In the second part of the study; coordination cages were synthesized using a tridentate 4-tpt ligand and different ruthenium dimers. Coronene was added to structure for the show that the coordination cage are selective. 1H NMR and 13C NMR data were used for elucidation of the synthesized structure. NMR data supported the synthesized first coordination cage; 4-tpt ligands by selecting one of two different rutenium dimer form a macrocycle structure. But the reaction coronene added ligand choosing both two different ruthenium dimers gave a coordination cage.
