Abstract (EN)
For a non-delayed delivery, a suitable due date must be determined and the flow time of the orders must be accurately estimated. The main purpose of this study is to determine a suitable policy for assigning a due date to the orders by considering the material handling system dispatching and machine priority rules in a workshop within the scope of flexible production system. In the study, 4032 simulation models are designed based on the rules used for 6 different problems (Due date assignment, Machine work ordering, AGV task determination, AGV delivery point selection, AGV pickup point selection and AGV load selection) and evaluated according to 5 different performance criteria. The CON rule, is found to be the best rule for the due date assignment problem. With compare to other rules the CON rule has an average of 0.054% superiority in the number of outputs, 1.81% in the flow time, 3.85% in the lateness and 2.35% in the deviation time, respectively. In the average of earliness, JIQ rule has 11.58% superiority compared to other rules. Key Words: Due Date Assignment, AGV Systems, MAGV Systems, Machine Priority Systems
