Relationship between religious beliefs and business ethics (The example of Adana)

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the work lives and religious lives of public servants working in Adana Province. The research includes public servants working in the central district of Adana in the year 2023. The data collected through surveys was analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. Firstly, theoretical information about the relationship between religious belief and work ethics was provided in this study. Subsequently, the relationship between religious belief and work ethics was examined through a survey conducted with civil servants working in public institutions in Adana Province. Upon evaluation of the results, it was revealed that employees generally believe that religious belief plays a significant role in work ethics. Additionally, it was determined that the level of religious belief is quite high in protecting public rights. There was no significant difference in the importance given to religious belief in work ethics based on gender, age group, and education level of the employees. However, it was found that the importance given to religious belief in protecting public rights varies significantly based on education level.
