Abstract (EN)

Type 2 diabetes mellitus's frequency increasing almost in all societies, causes high health care costs, disability and death, is a highly chronic disease. . Thus options has been increasing interest, that cause effective treatment and eligible costs. In this study we aimed to investigate resveratrol, gliyclazide and losartan, said of the potential benefits for diabetes mellitus, it's effect on blood sugar with the possible mechanism in diabetic rats.Results from blood samples on plasma glucose resveratrol has similar therapy effect as glyclazide but HbA1c levels resveratrol showed up unable to provide an effective decrease as glyclazide. On the other hand enzyme levels determined from liver homogenates values may contribute to a decrease in blood sugar
