A study about the determination of yield and yield components of some common vetch (Vicia sativa L.) on ecological conditions of Diyarbakir

This study was conducted in Dicle University Faculty of Agriculture experimental field in order to determine the yield and yield components of same common vetch (Vicia sativa L.) varieties on Diyarbakır ecological conditions. 9 common vetch varieties were used as research material; Albayrak, Alınoğlu-2001, Ankaramoru?08, Ayaz-08, Görkem, Gülhan?2005, Kralkızı, Kubilay?82, Özveren.According to the avarege, the number of days to flowering 104.75-111.00 day, the main stem length of 33.53-58.97 cm, natural plant height 26.60-55.75 cm, main stem number 2.00 to 3.00 units, the herbage yield 545.0-1233.0 kg / ha, the hay yield 118.3-158.0 kg / da, cold damage 3.25 to 7.00 AYAK scale , physiological maturity days number 184-188 days, number of pods per plant 8.78-13.05 units, the number of seeds per pod 2.7-5.9 units, biological yield 234.8-589.8 kg / ha, grain yield 40.28 -170.8 kg / da, Crop yield 170.0-405.0 kg / da, 1000, 49.30-62.67 g of grain weight, harvest index showed variation between 17-32% in the samples.According to the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, between the green grass yield and biological yield and grain yield and the green grass yield and positive and significant, relationships were found.
