Abstract (EN)

Energy is the main factor in the development and sustainability of countries. Countries that are dependent on foreign energy are focusing on the production of renewable energy sources in order to reduce the consumption of energy resources, as well as on the more efficient use of energy produced by other sources. In this study, the calculations of Cogeneration and Trigeneration systems in Diyarbakır maternity and pediatric hospital were made. Electricity consumption and natural gas consumption of the hospital were examined and hourly, daily and seasonal analyzes were performed. Considering that unlicensed electricity surplus cannot be sold to distribution line according to current legislation, equipment selection has been made for electricity generation. The technical data of the selected equipment, the electricity, water and natural gas supply costs of the hospital and the use of heat were taken into consideration and depreciation was calculated. Which of the cogeneration and trigeneration systems will be more efficient to implement, the establishment of the relationship between efficiency and cost analysis, evaluation of seasonal consumption and the method to be followed in the calculations to be made for similar applications are explained. According to the current legislation and pricing tariffs on the use of composite in the calculations, the unit price of electricity to be generated by the plant will be 0.4891 TL / kWh in case of the establishment of a trigeneration plant in Diyarbakır maternity and pediatric hospital. Since the unit price of the electricity including taxes was 0.6577 TL / kWh on the date of the calculations, it was determined that the electricity would be supplied 25.63% cheaper in case of system installation. It has been determined that the depreciation period for the cogeneration system is 2.04 years and for the trigeneration system it is 2.46 years. The main factor in the prolongation of time is the added chiller. The depreciation period of the refrigeration equipment was found to be 4.26 years due to the increase in the net profit generated by the refrigeration group and the cost of installation and the value obtained for the energy consumption from the refrigeration equipment and refrigeration equipment
