Abstract (EN)

In this study, an novel sensitive carbonaceous electrode was pepared. Thypha Tasses (TT) was carbonized in a high temperature tube furnace under nitrogen atmosphere at 1000 °C for 1 hour with 10 °C/dk temperature rate. The carbonized materials was ground with a spex type ball mill at 400 rpm for 8h. After the carbonized product was ground, it was exposed to chemical oxidation and transformed into a material containing carboxylate terminated groups, and gold nanoparticles were doped on it. Characterization of the prepared electrode material using microscopic, spectroscopic, and electrochemical techniques has been completed. A method was developed for simultaneous determination of Pb2+ and Cd2+ by optimizing the gold nanoparticle-doped carbonaceous material after modifying it on the glassy carbon electrode surface. Accuracy and precision values of the developed method were determined as intraday and interday, interference effects against various ions were examined, and the performance of the developed method was tested by analyzing Pb2+ and Cd2+ in different rice samples.
