Abstract (EN)
The study was performed to determine the effect of three different inverted T type furrow openers and a disc opener on plant distribution and emergence uniformity under different stubble conditions. The study was conducted in the production area of Çukurova University Faculty of Agriculture Research and Application Farm between 2018-2019 years. In this study, four row pneumatic precision direct sowing machine which is widely used in our country and especially in Çukurova Region was used. In randomized trial blocks, divided parcels were established on a 5 decare irrigable land with four replications according to the trial pattern. In the research area, corn seeds were planted in the soil covered standing stubble and chopping stubble by using. In this study, no tillage planter with different furrow openers, the inverted T type furrow opener were found to be more successful than double disc furrow opener in terms of both plant output parameters and plant distribution uniformity after emergence. The inverted T type furrow opener with 125° wing angle had more successful results in compared with the other T furrow openers in terms of plant emergence parameters, the inverted T furrow opener with 120° wing angle was more successful in terms of horizontal distribution of plants.
