Abstract (EN)

In this thesis; the relativistic Mean Field Theory, which includes non-linear derivative interactions in all orders, was applied to atomic nucleus in the Thomas-Fermi approach. In the literature this model was applied for nuclear matter calculations where in this thesis the model is applied to the spherical symmetrical 40 Ca nucleus for the calculation of the meson fields, the baryon fields as a function of nuclear radius and the nuclear energies per nucleon. Additionally we also calculated effective nuclear radius, surface energy and the spin-orbit interaction potential as a function of radius. The results were compared with the linear Walecka model. As a result of the calculations, the cut-off parameter of the non-linear derivative model Λ was found to be 896 MeV within the limits of energy and baryon number. This value is found to be greater than the cut-off value (770 MeV) for nuclear matter.
