Abstract (EN)

Citrus, farming in the world and Turkey, is one of the important fruits group in terms of domestic consumption and foreign trade. Virus and virus-like agent, an important group of diseases, restricting the production on citrus has significant importation. This research has been performed to search existence of CTLV, CLRV, CCDV, CYVCV, OLV-1, CVV, CPsV cause symptom of leaf curling, deformation and vein clearing on citrus producing in Adana and Mersin provinces. In the surveys, all samples collected have been tested by ELISA against to virus which is exist of antisera, and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) against to virus which exist of specific primers. In the result of serological and molecular test, chlorotic dwarf virus (CCDV) and Citrus yellow vein clearing virus (CYVCV) have been detected of samples. The samples which is infected with the viruses have been indexing by grafting to indicator plants and symptom development was observed. After PCR test, DNA sequences were obtained. At the result of phylogenetic analysis depend on DNA sequences, CYVCV and CCDV identified in Turkey has been demonstrated the phylogenetic relationship with other isolates in the world. Key Words: Citrus, Virus, Leaf curling, PCR, Phylogenetic,
