Abstract (EN)
This study has been conducted with workers of a private hospital in Bursa. We have measured the effects of management skills of doctor-managers on the job satisfaction of the workers. To measure the management skills of doctor-managers, we have consulted the opinions and suggestions of their subordinates. The study was conducted via an online questionnaire and 297 hospital workers participated in total. In the study, we have used 4 different scales for decision making, problem solving, leadership and job satisfaction. The results of the study suggest that the decision making, problem solving, and leadership abilities of doctor-managers affect the job satisfaction of workers.
