Abstract (EN)

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is a cultivar of Solanaceae family that depending on the Lycopersicon genus which cultivated worldwide in tropical regions as perennial as one year in other regions. Pests and diseases is the most important issues based on tomato production. More than 40 viral diseases lead to significant losses in tomato plants. There is a particularly important factor in the viral origin of the agents that lead to crop losses in crop plants failure of enforce frequently referenced chemical control methods to prevent against these other pathogens group factors and the other control methods to be not known by the manufacturer is sufficient to cause an increase in losses from the virus. The scope of this project that aimed detection with simultaneously multiplex PCR method on such as viral pathogens Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), Tomato mosaic virus (TMV) and Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV). Multiplex PCR is a method that requires intensive optimization. The main objective of the study is accurate, fast and economical method is to reveal the optimal PCR conditions were created to help them reach these goals.
