Abstract (EN)
Kyoto protocol provides the framework for the international single in order to combat global warming and climate change united nation framework convention on climate change was signed in this protocol countries which signed this protocol, carbon dioxide and other five greenhouse gases which cause to reduce the oscillations, do not promise to increase oscillations also those countries wave rights through trade. In 1990, this protocol is necessary to reduce the amount of carbon in the atmosphere. As a result, it is signed in 1997 and in 2005 it entered into the force. By entering into the force, amount of carbon out of the atmosphere makes those countries to find the rate of carbons 55% total emission on the earth. However, that rate is only found when Russia participation that protocol after 8 years. In 2004 BMIDG dose not signed the Kyoto protocol, but 30 may 2008 Turkey signed that protocol and this phenomenon is explained formally. At the beginning, all the OECD countries including Turkey and in Annex 1 and in Annex 2which explained the meeting held in morocco in 2001 their applications were counted. Existing energy production systems can be given by using fossil fuels such as biomass and energy sources rather putting environmentalists in the process. Thus, synthetic gas production can be used instead of gas turbines or internal combustion engines such as natural gas and LPG. High temperature gases such as CO2 and H2 can reconverted to biomass and CO. Another alternative is using anaerobic bacteria in order to convert those gases to ethanol in fact, gas in the recent technology-intensive activities are under the progress. The integration processes in the implementation of those gasses are not very high economic cost.
