Dr. ramazan El-Bûti's legal policy and fiqh preferences in the "Fikhu's-sireti'n-nebevi̇yye" - comparative study

The life of the Prophet (sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallam) has been one of the branches of science until today and will continue to be so by Allah's leave. The authentic part of the sirah is one of the legislative sources of the religion of Islam. For this reason, many scientist have applied to this pure and clear source. One of these scientists is Dr. Ramadan al-Buti. He wrote down the life of the Prophet (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) and took lessons and lessons from it. Fiqh subjects are also included in these lessons. The author has revealed the disagreements of the fiqh sects on these issues and has also expressed his own point of view by choosing between the views. The name of Buti's book is (Fiḳhü's-Sîreti'n-Nabaviyye). After doing the necessary research, I determined the title of my study as (Fiqh preferences in the Book of Ramadan al-Bûtî's Fıḳhü's-Sîreti'n-Nabawiyya). My aim in this study is to reveal the opinion preferred by Buti on the controversial fiqh issues. In order to achieve this determined goal, the study is divided into four parts. Topics in these chapters are covered under the following headings: 1. The biography of Buti, the promotion of the book Fıḳhü's-Sîreti'n-Nabawiyye and the promotion of the period in which he lived, 2. Bûti's preferences in the field of legitimate politics, 3. Buti's preferences in the field of jihad, 4. Bûtî's fiqh preferences on different subjects. The total number of topics covered is eighteen. Every subject; It has been discussed under three headings: a) Explanation of the subject, b) Opinions and evidences of the jurists on this issue, and c) Dr. Ramazan al-Bûti's preference.
