General review of sukuk markets in the world and in Turkey

Islamic finance always meets a new administration for Muslims to avoid interest and to invest and save money. Thus, sukuk (rental certificates), Islamic finance is the vehicle of the products of the wise and the vehicles of the participation banks. Sukuk is certified to be based on the principle of fair value, sharia principle, property right of existence, and profit - loss harmony. Sukuk is a means of meeting the needs of the states, financing the projects and providing liquidity instead of notes and debt securities. Sukuk has started in Malaysia and has been published all over the world. Moreover, it had its first Sukuk issuance in 2010 in Turkey. So much so, the sukuk market is rapidly developing. It also plays a role in the development and activation of financial markets because of the strong export of sukuk.
