Abstract (EN)

We investigated the effect of temperature, which is an important stress factor for plants, on invitro pollen germination. At this study all collected samples were far away from environmentalpollutions. Every plant pollens were incubated at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and control group 22±1 ºCtemperature on Brewbaker Kwack medium for three hours. It was found that each species pollen waseffected with different ratio depend on temperature exposure. In comparison polen germinationbetween species apricot was the highest effected species compared with others at low temperature. However at high temperature, plum was the highest effected species. When tube elongation comparedwith each other quince was the highest effected species with others at low temperature, While applewas the highest effected species at high temperature.Key words: in vitro, pollen germination, pollen tube elongation, heat stress.
