The influence of emotional intelligence sub-dimensions on business ethics: A research on professionals accountants

The aim of this study is to develop a structural model and to test this model to examine the effect of emotional intelligence sub-dimonsions personal awareness, interpersonal relationships, adaptability, stress management, general mood on work ethics. In the reliability of the scales used in the research, the Cronbach Alpha coefficient method was used for the validity of the Exploratory Factor Anlysis. After the reliability and validity of the scales were determined, the research hypotheses were tested with the Structural Equation Model. According to the findings of the analysis; it can be said that there isn't positive influence on personal awareness, interpersonal relations, conditions and environment, stress management and general mood.
