Abstract (EN)

The Trait Anger-Anger Expression Style Scale was used as the data collection tool. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was determined that variables such as gender, age and education level significantly affected the trait anger levels of individuals. It was found that male participants had higher trait anger levels and a tendency to express anger compared to women, while young individuals had lower skills in anger management. In addition, it was observed that there was a positive development in anger control as sports experience increased. These findings show that regular fitness and bodybuilding training positively contributes to the emotional regulation processes of individuals. The study emphasizes that sports is an important tool not only in terms of physical health but also in terms of mental well-being and social relationships. It is thought that the research results will contribute to the applications in the field of sports psychology and the development of individual anger management strategies.
