Abstract (EN)
Tahrīj, an important genre of hadith literature, is used in this science in three senses. The first of these is to transfer a hadith with its isnad into a book, which refers to the activities of compiling a book from the hadiths compiled by the early authors. The second is to create a new book with hadiths selected from certain books. The third, as in our study, is to show the place of the narrations attributed to the Prophet or the next two generations in the main sources and to point out their status in terms of isnad and authenticity. The person who performs tahrīj is called muharric and the source of the hadith or its narrator is called mahraj. The works that emerge as a result of tahrīj are also called tahrīj. The aim of this study was to analyze the places of the hadiths first in the Qutb al-Sitta and then in the first sources we could access and to provide information about their a uthenticity. First of all, the places of the hadiths in the Qurtub al-Sitta and the Qurtub al-Sunnah as they are quoted in al-Lü'lüül Marsû' were determined. If there is any information about the narrators of the hadiths in these sources, they have been quoted; while determining the authenticity of the hadiths, the hadiths mentioned in the Sahih of Bukhari and Muslim were accepted as sahih. For the narrations other than these, we have tried to determine the degree of authenticity of the hadiths by taking into account the judgments of hadith scholars and the author of the translated work, al-Qāwūqjī. In the conclusion, al-Qāwūqjī's criteria for evaluating the narrations were determined, and it was stated that 14 of the hadiths narrated in the work were included in Sahīhayn and 59 in the Qutb al-Sitta. According to our findings, Kavukjī judged 111 of the hadiths mentioned in this work as fabricated, 41 as weak, and 10 as sahih. The fact that he did not make any evaluation about the remaining narrations is among the data we obtained as a result of our examination.
