Abstract (EN)
Arapzade Muhammed İlmi Efendi (d.1130/1718), one of representatives of the Naqshbandi-Mujaddiyye who lived in the Ottomam empaire in the last half of te 17th centry and the first half of the 18th centy, is on important Ottoman rehatur as well as having a Sufi aspect. He has various kinds of works, such as Ravzatü'l – Ma'arif and Hadikatü'l-Letaif, which show his scientific direction. However, in this study, his work called Mizânu't- Tarîk, which mainly İncludes the etiquette and monners of the Tariqa, has been examined. In the first part of the study, information about the life of Arapzade Muhammed İlmi Efendi, his scientific and mystical personality, his works, the branch of the sect and his mystican? Views are given. İn the secand port, the analyris of the work called Mizânu't-Tarîk was made and the subjects discussed in the treatire were mentioned. İn the last part, the work, which has a copy of the authar has been tranferred to todays Turkish in the study and given as an appendix.
