Abstract (EN)
In recent years, rapid changes in the field of health and developing technology have led to an increase in the importance given to health institutions. Performance systems applied in health institutions and additional payments based on performance are the prime factors affecting the performance of employees. Performance-based additional payments, which are considered as part of the performance management system, are determined by evaluating employee performance against previously established targets. Through an effective performance system, managers, employees and indirectly the organization can achieve beneficial results. The purpose of this study is to examine additional payment issues based on performance systems and performance in terms of healthcare institutions / hospitals. In addition, performance management process and performance evaluation issues are covered extensively. In-depth interviews with people were also conducted as a method of working.
