Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to reveal the effect of CRM practices on domestic cockpit crew members in terms of flight safety in airline operations. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 394 domestic pilots employed in Turkey. The data were collected with a questionnaire consisting of Socio-Demographic Form, Crew Resource Management Scale and Safety Practices Scale and analyzed in the SPSS program. As a result of the research, it has been observed that crew resource management has a statistically significant and positive effect on safety practices. In addition, it was concluded that team resource management differs related to the ages and total flight times of the participants, and safety practices differ related to the ages of the participants.
